A guided, hour-long holistic workout session and meditation in a small intimate group setting to focus on communal and personal health and well-being.

Outside on our beautiful Orinda backyard deck. Rain or shine, we are outside!

  • A dynamic and engaging 50-minute session designed to build strength and endurance through a variety of movements. This workout is flexible and accommodating, making it accessible for individuals of all fitness backgrounds. Expect a mix of exercises tailored to challenge and energize you at your own pace and expect to have fun!

  • A 10-minute moment of stillness and mindfulness to reset and refocus. This guided practice fosters relaxation and mental clarity, helping you feel centered and refreshed.

  • A casual and welcoming 30-minute break to unwind, connect, and recharge with a warm beverage in hand. Perfect for reflecting, socializing, stretching, and just enjoying each other’s company.
